Terms & Conditions
How this store works: the licence you buy, how models reach Cfx.re, how textures reach Discord, and what you may do with a pack. Checkout is still processed by Tebex Limited.
-
Tebex takes the payment
Tebex Limited is the merchant of record. Zaiders Store is the catalogue and the studio. Card numbers never reach us.
-
You buy a licence
Models go to the Cfx.re account used at Sign In. Textures for larger packs are collected from our official Discord. Together they are one product.
-
Delivered means final
Once files are delivered or made available, a change of mind is not a refund. Asking Tebex is a request, not an approval. Defects and true non-delivery are handled.
-
Who to write
Packs and textures: Discord. Payments: Tebex Buyer Support.
Store terms
These Terms of Use (“Store Terms”) explain how Zaiders Store works: what you buy, how files are delivered, and how you may use them. They apply to this catalogue and to the digital packs listed on it.
Payments on this webstore are processed by Tebex Limited (“Tebex”), which acts as merchant of record. The contract of sale is formed with Tebex under the Tebex Checkout Terms. If these Store Terms and the Tebex Checkout Terms ever conflict on payment, taxes, or the sale itself, the Tebex Checkout Terms prevail. If they conflict on licence, delivery method, or how you may use a Zaiders pack, these Store Terms prevail.
These Store Terms are written in English. Last updated 29 August 2026. Open a section below to read it.
01Who these terms are for
By browsing this webstore, placing an order, or using a pack, you agree to these Store Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to buy, as required by the Tebex Checkout Terms. If you buy for a FiveM server, you are responsible for that server’s configuration and for anyone who installs the files on it.
02Who you buy from
Tebex Limited (company number 08129184, England and Wales) is the merchant of record. Tebex takes the payment, issues the checkout receipt, and grants the purchase against the Cfx.re account used at Sign In (or the Cfx.re username you enter for a gift).
Zaiders Store is the catalogue and the studio behind the clothing. We create the packs, document how they are delivered, and provide product support on Discord. We do not process card payments and we never see full card numbers.
03What you receive
You buy a limited licence to use digital content — not ownership of the designs, models, textures, or brand. Words such as “buy”, “purchase”, or “own the pack” only describe that licence.
The licence is personal to the Cfx.re account that received the purchase. It is not a sale of goods you can return in the post. Files may remain on a computer after delivery; that is why a change of mind after delivery does not normally unwind the sale. See the Refund Policy.
04Before you buy
Each pack page states what the product is for. Read it before you pay, including framework (ESX, QBCore, QBox), game build, and delivery method.
Not reading the listing, using a different game build than the one stated, missing server dependencies, or a misconfigured server.cfg is not a defect in the pack. It is also not, by itself, a reason for a refund once the files have been delivered or made available.
05How you receive your files
There is no physical shipment. Applicable clothing packs are delivered in two parts that together make one product, not two separate purchases.
Models and protected files — Cfx.re / Asset Escrow
Protected models and related escrowed files are granted to the Cfx.re account used at checkout through FiveM Asset Escrow, where the package is set up that way. After payment, Cfx.re / Tebex make those files available to that account (typically by email and through the Cfx.re portal). An unauthorised server that does not hold the entitlement will not start the resource.
Cfx.re documents a 1 GB maximum file size for escrowed assets. That limit is why some packs cannot ship every texture inside escrow.
Textures — official Zaiders Store Discord
Where a pack’s textures are too large for escrow, the texture files are provided through the official Zaiders Store Discord. That download is part of the same pack you paid for.
Typical steps:
- Pay through Tebex and Sign In with Cfx.re (or gift to the correct Cfx.re username).
- Receive the Cfx.re entitlement / escrowed models for that account.
- Join the official Zaiders Store Discord using the invite on this site.
- Follow the posted instructions for your order to collect the texture files.
You need a valid Cfx.re account. You may need to join Discord and follow those instructions. If we ask you to confirm the purchase before releasing textures, that check is how we give the files to the buyer — it is not a second product.
06When a pack is delivered
A pack is delivered when we (or Tebex / Cfx.re on the purchase) have put the licensed content at your disposal, including any of the following:
- the Cfx.re entitlement or escrowed models are granted or available to download for the purchasing or gifted account;
- the texture files for that pack are made available through the official Discord (channel, post, or ticket instructions).
If models are already on the Cfx.re account but you have not yet joined Discord, opened the download post, or followed the instructions, that is unfinished access, not non-delivery. The files are waiting behind the steps published on the pack page.
07Permitted use
Unless a pack page says otherwise, you may:
- use the pack on FiveM servers you operate, in the frameworks listed on the page;
- install the files according to the documentation;
- adjust configuration files we leave editable;
- use the pack on a GTA V / FiveM environment consistent with the listing.
You may not treat the licence as transferable except by using the gift field at checkout to send the pack to another Cfx.re account before delivery, where gifting is offered.
08What you must not do
Buying a pack does not let you:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the files;
- share, leak, or upload models, textures, or protected files to other sites, dumps, or “free” discords;
- give the files to anyone who did not buy them, except a technician installing them on a server you operate;
- claim authorship or ownership of the designs;
- remove or circumvent Asset Escrow or other technical protection;
- use the pack to brand a competing store as if it were Zaiders work.
09Licence enforcement
If you leak, resell, or share a pack without permission, we may suspend Discord access and product support for that purchase. Escrowed resources will not run on servers that lack a valid entitlement. We cannot erase copies already saved on a disk; keeping or spreading those copies after a leak is still a breach of the licence. A breach does not create a refund.
We do not claim to remotely wipe every copy worldwide. Enforcement is limited to what Cfx.re, Tebex, Discord, and the law actually allow.
10Intellectual property
Zaiders Store and its licensors keep all intellectual property in the packs. Tebex holds the merchant rights needed to sell the licence. Third-party names, marks, and game assets remain with their owners.
11Support and updates
Product support (install, escrow, textures, content) is through the official Discord linked in the header and footer. Payment, fraud, and checkout errors are handled by Tebex.
We may update a pack. Updates are not a promise of compatibility with every future game build. Check the listing for the build we support at the time you buy.
12Refunds
Digital packs that have been delivered or made available are normally final. Asking for a refund — including through Tebex — is not the same as being entitled to one. The full rules, including defective files, true non-delivery, duplicates, and legal exceptions, are in the Refund Policy.
13Payment disputes
If a charge does not look right, contact us on Discord or Tebex Buyer Support with the Tebex payment ID before opening a chargeback. A chargeback or PayPal dispute on a pack that was delivered may lead to a permanent ban from our Discord and related Zaiders services. Tebex handles chargebacks as merchant of record; we cannot stop a bank investigation, and we cannot honestly tell you that Tebex is unable to receive a request.
14FiveM / GTA V
Zaiders Store is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or FiveM. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, and related marks belong to their owners. FiveM and Cfx.re are platforms we build for; they are not our products. Packs are fan-made clothing and assets for those platforms, created to sit alongside — not to replace — official game content.
15Liability
Nothing in these Store Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the country where you live. Subject to that, we are not responsible for server downtime, Cfx.re or Discord outages, your hardware, or loss of profit from a FiveM server. Tebex’s liability for the sale is set out in the Tebex Checkout Terms.
16Changes
We may update these Store Terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, together with the Tebex Checkout Terms then in force.

-
These Terms are between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of their terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise. -
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of the conditions are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
-
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
-
Please note that these Terms are governed by English law. This means any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Access and use of these ancillary services may be subjected to additional terms. -
This Schedule only applies to EU customers.
-
As a user of the Webstore domiciled in an EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase on the Webstore without giving any reason.
-
For any digital content purchased online, you have agreed upon checkout that the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after you purchase such digital content or when you start downloading the content for the first time, whichever is sooner.
-
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Us of your decision in writing by email to withdraw from the purchase by an unequivocal statement.
-
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
-
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which We are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
-
The statutory right of withdrawal is not applicable as regards the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
